The office is open from 8a.m. to 2p.m.
Warehouse hours are from 6a.m. to 3p.m.
Orders are taken strictly via phone, fax or email.
Orders that come in Saturday & Sunday are counted as being received on a Monday since no one is available on weekends to process them and for the factory to order material and begin working on it.
A minimum of 72 hours will be expected for your order to be delivered.
Method of Payment
Purchase must be paid either in cash, money order, bank check or company check.
If you choose to pay by wire transfer, please contact the accounts receivable department at the local branch to obtain necessary routing information.
Returned and NSF Checks
All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee. The account in question will be placed on hold until the returned check is paid either by cash, money order, bank check or wire transfer. Should there be a second NSF check the account will be placed on a “cash only” basis indefinitely.
Should the account go into collection you will be responsible and charged for all collection fees.
Comfort Bedding is not responsible for the care and protection of mattresses once delivered to a client; therefore Comfort Bedding does not accept mattresses that have been damaged by warehouse employees, managers and or the mishandling of companies.
The only acceptable returns are if any structural defects are found from the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior authorization and examination by Comfort Bedding Manufacturing Inc.
We warrant (to the original purchaser) our mattresses for the warranty period of purchased set against defects in material and workmanship (other than the cover) for the complete warranty period. In the event that service resulting from such defect is required during the warranty period, your mattress will be repaired without charge at our nearest production facility, EXCLUDING TRANSPORTATION COSTS. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal quality.
Most of our mattresses come with a non-prorated & prorated warranty. To better understand what this means we've provided a link to a helpful video.
Non-prorated means that it is a full replacement within the time period for any warranty issues that come up. For example, if you have a non-prorated warranty of 10 years you could use your mattress 9 years and two months and still get a full replacement or repair depending on the issue.
Prorated means your replacement credit gets smaller after evey passing year. A fraction of the replacement, or repair, will have to be covered by the consumer as the years progress.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
• Bedding, upon inspection by Comfort Bedding, with fabric stains, soiling or burns will make the limited warranty null and void.
• Bedding sold as is, "demos" or floor models.
• Comfort preference.
• Damage due to use without proper foundation support.
• Removal of the law label from end side of the mattress.
• Product sold by unauthorized resellers who are not authorized retailers.
This limited warranty becomes effective upon date of purchase.
The selling dealer is assigned by the manufacturer as his agent in handling any complaint.
If a warranted defect appears in your mattress or foundation, you should immediately:
• Telephone or contact the store from whom the purchase was made.
• Provide proof of purchase (original store receipt) and law tag of item(s).
• Provide an explanation of defect of trouble with a picture.
• Arrange for the return of product to dealer.
• Every product returned for inspection must be bagged and sealed.
• Transportation and other costs involved in any of the above procedures are not covered by the warranty and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
After receiving formal notice of a defect or default in the product, the warrantor will require a reasonable period of time to make the necessary adjustments. We reserve the right to repair and/or replace upon inspection.
Any and all implied warranties for these products shall not exceed in the duration the term of this limited warranty. Incidental or consequential damages resulting from product defect or failure are not covered by this warranty.
